Belmont Abbey Engagement

Charlotte Engagement Photoshoot • Belmont Abbey College

Ryan and Elizabeth wanted to have their engagement session in the exact spot they first met, the place that Ryan proposed, and the place they’ll have their wedding – the Haid Theater at Belmont Abbey College. I met them early morning one day in January, and the thermometer read 27 degrees…. brrrr. These two were so awesome and resilient in their photoshoot – you couldn’t even tell that they were freezing. 

I always tell my couples that if they’re cold, cuddle up with your partner! It makes the photos turn out dreamy, and keeps you warm! It’s a two for one deal.  

I’m looking forward to their wedding in July when it’ll certainly be warmer. With this classic tree-filled location, I imagine the most beautiful wedding photos anyone could ask for.
