I got an email notification about a month ago from Dustin’s sister, Brooke. She’d been planning a wedding for the couple and was looking for a photographer. I happily responded back asking when the event would be and was shocked when she told me it was a few weeks away. Hesitantly, I flipped through my schedule to see if the date was free, and fortunately, it was. 

Getting to work with this couple and their family was such a wonderful experience. They threw together a backyard wedding in less than a month and made it look easy! I was particularly excited because on my way to the location, snow started flurrying, and I hoped and prayed it would stay around for some shots. Lucky for me, it did, and Dustin and Matt had the most magical wedding day with good-luck snow to put the icing on the cake.
