Roan Mountain Adventure Engagement Session

Adventure engagement sessions have an extraordinary place in my heart. I am an adventurous nature lover myself; it's lovely to connect with a couple who can share my sentiment. Katelyn and Zac so went with the flow when it came to location. I offered some suggestions, and they just said, you let us know. You know the mountains. I was so excited to bring this couple to Roan Mountain, I have been hiking here myself, but I have never had the opportunity to bring a couple to this stunning trail. Roan Mountain TN, is a few hours outside of the Charlotte area, but 100% worth the drive.

Katelyn and Zac went to the same college and had the same circle of friends but didn't officially meet until they moved to Charleston. They met in Charleston, SC, and hit it off. A few years later, they are navigating the waters of planning a wedding during the season of covid.

This couple has recently moved back to Charlotte. They bought a house and are carrying the difficulty of wedding planning with so much grace. They are carefree, and you can see just how much they make each other laugh. They even wanted to bring their Bojangles box to their session but decided against it. Their session in the mountains was magical. We beat the rain and the fog and ended up with the most spectacular fall images.
