I went to a photography workshop at the beginning of March this year because I was longing for an authentic connection to my fellow industry photographers. It's easy, as a small photography business owner, to start to feel alone. To wonder how everyone else is doing it. 

Some important things I learned from this workshop

• If you build it, they will come 

• You are probably arent charging enough

• keep growing yourself as a creative 

• Make art you're proud of

• Be scared, but do it anyway
